1. Product Introduction

BIAM is one of the largest R&D bases for casting superalloy ingots, the production base for hydrogen storage alloy and bonded NdFeB magnetic alloy, and the only unit in China to produce large isothermal forging superalloy mold casting. It strictly follows the advanced quality system to conduct production management.

2. Main Products

Bonded NdFeB magnetic alloy

Magnetic material alloy ingot is mainly used for manufacturing bonded NdFeB permanent magnet. BIAM's ingot adopts advanced vacuum induction melting technology to accurately control chemical composition of the alloy ingot. The advantage of this technology is that it could produce alloy ingots with low gas, low harmful element, and low nonmetallic slag and good homogeneity and evenness.
