1. Product Introduction
Adhesive products include epoxy structural adhesives, primer, polystyrene foam, paste epoxy glue, and functional adhesives meeting with special usage requirements (long-term usage under room temperature: -60℃ to 200℃). Its main products SY series structural adhesives have features of high strength, high ductility, anti-corrosion, anti-fatigue, etc. SY series could be used not only for the bonding of metallic materials, e.g. aluminum, titanium, steel, etc., but also for the bonding of non-metallic materials, e.g. ceramic, composite, e.g..
All adhesive film is compatible to plate-plate bonding and plate-core bonding, and mating with primer, polystyrene foam to bond metal or honeycomb. It could be used to produce high performance structures with good durability. The curing temperature of paste adhesive is from room temperature to 150 ℃. It is applicable to the requirement of different processes.
Functional structural adhesives include honeycomb core strip adhesive, conductive adhesive, magnetic powder bonding adhesive, and steel rail insulation joint bonding adhesive. These adhesives are widely used in space, construction, rail, sports goods, electrons, etc. It is the major domestic manufacturer of metallic structural adhesive film. The annual production capability is 200,000 m2.
